Santa Dash & Dawdle 2024
Well Storm Darragh certainly didn't stop the Santa's coming out this morning for the annual Santa Dash & Dawdle.
Over 125 of you braved the cold and wet this morning helping us to raise over £700 for LOROS Hospice. So thank you and hopefully we will see you all next year.
Can I just say a massive thank you to everyone who helped marshal this morning especially in the wind & the rain. Without you all volunteering none of this would have been possible. But I must say some individual thank yous as well. Maddy for co-ordinating all the marshals & checking the course was safe this morning. Rebecca for all the lovely mince pies & biscuits they were well received. Also to Dawn, Lynne, & Karen for helping distribute the suits to everyone. Finally to Clive for passing on his wisdom in putting on such a large event. Also for bailing me out when I forgot things!
