We are now offering a monthly track session which will fall on the same night as intervals. We will still offer intervals in Broughton for anyone that can't attend, although we encourage people to come to the track sessions though as they are a lot of fun.

It's time to renew membership. Every member needs to be registered with England Athletics (EA) which costs £17. This is paid by the club, to England Athletics from the £50 membership fee.

Squirrels Running Group has been holding a Couch to 5K programme annually since 2019. This pre-dates the creation of this website, but we still wanted to find a place to remember these past achievements.
Throughout 2023, Squirrels have been raising funds for the charity our members voted for - Alfie's Army. As we have now completed our final fundraising activity before moving on to our charity for 2024, we are delighted to announce in total we have raised £1416 through events such as bake-offs and tribute nights.
